Sikkilsdalen is an excellent starting point for rambling adventures - DNT (The Norwegian Mountain Touring Association)'s network of ski trails passes close by - excellent angling for trout in several nearby lakes. The famous horse fair in Sikkilsdalen is held every year around Midsummer's Eve..
